Managed the planning and execution of 13 conferences within 6 months on behalf of the company, ensuring seamless participation, brand visibility, and client engagement.

  • Coordinated logistics with trade show organizers to optimize event presence.
  • Developed prep materials, including setup documentation and attendee guides.
  • Created invitations and managed RSVPs for associated receptions.

Tradeshow Strategy & Execution

Five Star ERC Experts (ERC) planned to participate as an exhibitor at the Small Business Expo (SBE) for a multi-city tour, and was in need of an overall marketing strategy and booth design to ensure its success. 


THE APPROACH

Three Buoys devised an innovative strategy to leave a lasting impact at the trade shows:


  • Created a visually appealing booth with custom branded window shade banners, table linens, client testimonial posters, and postcard giveaways, reinforcing ERC's brand and messaging.
  • Attracted attendees with a raffle for MLB tickets, appealing to sports fans and facilitating contact information exchange via QR code. Enhanced engagement with playful mint giveaways resembling dollar bills in a briefcase, aligning with ERC's mission of optimizing IRS refunds.


THE RESULTS: 

The trade show strategy was considered a success due to its combined multiple elements to 1) attract attendees to the booth for lead generation and 2) reinforce the ERC brand. By using a creative theme, custom branded materials, and fun giveaways, ERC stood out from the crowd and made a lasting impression with potential customers.
